Do you know

a human body can bear only upto 45 Del (unit) of pain.

But at the time of giving birth, a woman feels upto 57 Del of Pain.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON ON THIS EARTH…

OUR BEST CRITIC …

YET OUR STRONGEST SUPPORTER…

Jerry is the manager of a restaurant.

[LEFT]
LEFT]Jerry is the manager of a restaurant. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would always reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!"

Many of the waiters at his restaurant quit their jobs when he changed jobs, so they could follow him around from restaurant to restaurant. The reason the waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude.

He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry was always there, telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.

Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up to Jerry and asked him,

"I don't get it! No one can be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?"

Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, I have two choices today. I can choose to be in a good mood or I can choose to be in a bad mood. I always choose to be in a good mood.

Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. I always choose to learn from it.

"But it's not always that easy," I protested. "Yes, it is," Jerry said "Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice.

You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood. You Choose to be in a good mood or a bad mood. It's your choice how you live your life."

Several years later, I heard that Jerry left the back door of his restaurant open one morning, and was robbed by three armed men.

While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness slipped off the combination.

The robbers panicked and shot him.

Luckily, Jerry was found quickly and rushed to the hospital. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body. I saw Jerry about six months after the accident.

When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins. Want to see my scars?"

I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door,"

Jerry replied. "Then, after they shot me, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or choose to die. I chose to live."

"Weren't you scared?" I asked. Jerry continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the Emergency Room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got Really scared. In their eyes, read 'He's a dead man.' I knew I needed to take action."

"What did you do?" I asked. "Well, there was a big nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything."

'Yes,' I replied. The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled,

'Bullets!' Over their laughter, I told them, 'I am choosing to live. Please operate on me as if I am alive, not dead'." Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day you have the choice to either enjoy your life or to hate it.
The only thing that is truly yours that no one can control or take from you -- is your attitude, so if you can take care of that, everything else in life becomes much easier.
Attitude, after all, is everything. You have 2 choices now

1. Don't do anything, or…

2. Forward it to people you care about. Hope you will choose No. 2.

Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody's watching.

Entertainment RSS Delivered Straight Into Your Homes

RSS which stands for really simple syndication is a format that is associated with the XML family of file formatting. It functions by continuously running through the websites to scan for updates. It then sends these updates to all of the people who are subscribed to these websites using a feed. This is used most often in web syndication.

To be able to use an RSS feed, you need to have an aggregator, also known as a feed reader. These aggregators are available widely online, so it won't be that hard to scour the net to find the one that you're looking for. There are a variety of aggregators to choose from. Best of all is that you can download them for free.

RSS feeds are often used in blogs, news, and entertainment websites. Anything that relays information to subscribers, and is often updated. These updates are then sent to all of the subscribers of these sites that carry RRS feeds. The updates are summarized, so you'd have an idea what stories they are referring to. If you are interested in the information it's relaying, you can then click on the text to get the longer version of the text.

The great thing about RSS feeds, is that you can also read them through your cell phones, and they come in PDAs.

Most entertainment websites carry RSS feeds such as BBC, Reuters, Boston Globe, CNN, etc. Music reviews, game news, interviews, movie stories, are also put into RSS feeds. This makes it a lot easier for fans to follow stories about their favorite movie stars, sports heroes, latest gaming news, etc. It is offered to you unadulterated, and free from annoying spam that clutters your emails.

A lot of businesses also use RSS feeds to reach their customers. This allows them to directly relay information, uncorrupted, and instantaneously. As soon as you download an RSS feed, you receive the information right away.

Entertainment RSS is an all in one stop. You don't have to click from website to website to get the news that you're after. Entertainment websites that carry RSS offer you the news that you need, automatically as soon as they're updated. This saves you the time and the trouble of having to scour the net for the information that you're looking for.

It is easy to subscribe to entertainment RSS feed, just click the button that indicates the RSS feed. You usually have to copy the URL into your aggregator, but some RSS feeds automatically download into your reader. You can unsubscribe to an RSS feed anytime.

There are some search engines that allow you to search information contained through RSS feeds. There are also feed directories that categorize RSS feeds by order of interest. This makes it easier for people to locate all of the information contained in RSS on any available topics online.

Local news can also be found via RSS. So now instead of tuning into your TV sets to get the latest headlines, updates, and sporting news, you can subscribe to an RSS feed. This way, you get all of your news at once. This allows you to control the way you receive information, and enables you to receive news at your own free time.

The great thing about this is that readers can read the headlines and summary, and then can choose which stories they want to follow. This gives the reader control over the content of the information they are receiving. This way, they are not bombarded by numerous advertisements and countless useless information that they don't have any use for.

Individuals who have blogs with syndicated content can submit the syndicated versions of their blogs to RSS feed directories. This way, blog enthusiasts can have access to their RSS feeds.

Feedster is one of the most popular search engines. You can use this search engine to find numerous entertainment articles, stories, reviews, using an RSS feed. The great thing about RSS feeds, is that you're always updated with the latest news and happenings.

RSS feeds is revolutionizing the way information consumers get their content. Instead of being bombarded with a plethora of useless information, the consumers now can select & reject the material that goes into their consciousness.

Utilizing the secrets of opti lists

Utilizing the secrets of opti lists

Emails are replacing regular mails from the post office. Not only because it is cheaper, since you do not need to buy a stamp, it’s also definitely faster. Emails can be sent in as fast as five seconds, depending on the server, anywhere in the world.

No doubt emails are being used to distribute news letters, promotional mails, and other stuff. How then would you be able to round up email addresses to send those marketing mails you have? Here is where an opt-in list comes in.

An opt-in list is a directory of email address you can send to those mails to. Though it seems to be easy to find email addresses, if you are talking thousands in numbers, it is going to be hard. Besides, you have to determine the recipient of the email. You wouldn’t want your readers mostly male if you are selling lipsticks, right?

A good opt-in list should include the profile of the email address owner. Here are tips on how to create a comprehensive opt-in list for target market.

Create your website.
Creating a website is made simple nowadays. A lot of programs are milling about assisting regular computer users in making and maintaining websites in a real simple way. Some website creator just needs you to cut and paste, like that of a regular paint program. Several web hosting sites are available too. Some are even free. If you have a site of your own, you can ask visitors to register with you or sign your guest book as they leave.

Set up a promotion or a freebie.
Not all the best things in life are free, as they say. But you can definitely try to give something out for sure. You can see this done all over the web. Free screensavers, free games, free download of programs. And what do they need from you? They just ask for an email address, your name and a little something more about you. Then you can place a check box on the registration form for sending of email. For sure, you can think of something to give out as well.

Write and write some more.
There are some web magazines where in readers can submit their writings for a particular topic. If you had a chance to do so, add a link to your article providing information about what you are trying to promote. Some readers of your article may enjoy your work so much they’d like to contact you, so don’t forget to leave your email address too.

Pose an easy opt-out option.
People who like to join your opt-in list would, along the way may want to opt out of it somehow. People who are wary of joining may not join at all if they see that it would be near impossible to remove their email address from the listing. Show them that it is as easy to opt-out as it is opting in.

Check other’s strategy too.
It would be better if you can find a partner in generating an opt-in list. This way, you can split the expenses and both of you can share the list generated. It will be best to partner with a company that has a business similar to your own line. Both of you can profit more should that be the case.

Use offline ways too.
You can put up a small raffle preferably in a supermarket for a certain item they buy. You can place an email address opt-in part in the raffle entry to add to your list. This way, you’d also know the buying preferences of the participants if you mark the entries systemically.

Creating an opt-in list entails a lot of work and funds. You should outline how much you will spend in creating an opt-in list. People appearing at opt-in lists are sales prospects. They are those interested in a certain product that you may be selling. Obtaining an optimal opt-in list would boost your sales up so these tools are undoubtedly essential.

Acquire an opt-in list now or generate one. Either way, you are reaching to people that can be your one of your treasured customers for a long period time.

The Important Things in Life

افتراضي The Important Things in Life

The people you meet who affect your life, and the success and downfalls you experience, help to create who you are and who you become. Even the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are sometimes the most important ones

If someone loves you, give love back to them in whatever way you can, not only because they love you, but because in a way, they are teaching you to love and how to open your heart and eyes to things

If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your heart, forgive them, for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart

Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from those moments everything that you possibly can for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people that you have never talked to before, and listen to what they have to say

Let yourself fall in love, break free, and set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, it will be hard for others to believe in you

You can make anything you wish of your life. Create your own life and then go out and live it with absolutely no regrets

And if you love someone tell them, for you never know what tomorrow may have in store

Think global, act local

Think global, act local

Every year, more and more people share our world. We all need to use the same resources. We all need some land to live on, to grow food on and to keep our animals on. We all need water to drink, to wash with and to grow our crops. We all need fuel to cook with, to keep us warm and to power our factories.
It is therefore very important that the world's resources are used carefully. It is something that we can all help with. We can make a difference to world's problems if we are careful in our own lives- to think global but act local.
One way to do this is to follow the 3Rs approach. The 3Rs are reduce, reuse and recycle.
1- Reduce (to use less)
We can reduce the amount of water we use by turning off the tap when we are not using it. We can reduce the amount of electricity we use by turning off the light when we go out of the room. When we go shopping we can ask to buy things without plastic containers – this will reduce the amount of plastic used.
2- Reuse (to use again without changing)
After we have used water to wash our hands it can be used for the toilet or to water plants. We can take plastic bags back to the shop to be used again.
3- Recycle:  (to use again by changing)

In many countries paper, glass and drink cans are collected and made into a new paper, glass and cans. In Palestine iron is recycled in Nablus and Gaza.

I have learnt from the life !!!

I have learnt from the life !!!

Every passing day, we learn something from our daily life,

I have learnt from the life: I can not force anyone love me, all I can do is trying my best to become a beloved one
I have learnt from the life: I may be right to get angry to someone but I cannot accept any reasons that I become cruel
I have learnt from the life: although all of my friends are really nice, sometimes they can hurt me even they don't tend to do that and I have to know how to forgive...
I have learnt from the life: before forgiving someone, I have to learn how to forgive myself
I have learn from the life: if someone doesnot love me like I want, it doesnot mean that they don't love me with all their heart
I have learnt from the life: it takes me several years to build up the belief in someone, but I know I can lose it in just one second
I have learnt from the life: I have to be always careful, because the mistake I make in one moment can make me regret during my whole life

with love

Mission fishing

Mission fishing

One bright and sunny day, I felt like fishing. So I packed what I needed ... fishing rod, hooks, weights and of course, worms for bait.

When I reached the jetty, I put a worm on the hook and threw the line in and waited for the fish to bite. I was disappointed when I did not catch anything after waiting for three hours.

I pulled in the line and to my surprise, there was a small fish at the end of the line. The fish was so small that I did not feel any tug on the line.

I was even more surprised when the fish started to talk, "Let me go or I will turn you into a frog!" I was so startled that I just stared at it. The next moment, I was already a frog ... ribit, ribit

How to be positively confident

افتراضي How to be positively confident

All what you need to do to destroy people is to make them feel unconfident. Arabs say " A confident individual walks like a king", and I believe they are right since you can notice that people with high self esteem, have a special way of walking. Some people confuse vanity with confidence, and think they are the same. The truth is , confidence is a positive trait while vanity is a negative one. I write this article to show that you can be a confident individual without being puffed in vanity. First, lets agree that being confident is a positive trait that every human being needs to overcome daily life problems. However, taking too much pride in yourself can be a disease. You have to know that confidence can be expressed through words, signs and actions. What I mean here is , you do not have to yell at people to tell them that you are confident. Here is how to stay permanently confident.

1- A confident individual always avoids getting into personal comparisons. Do not say " I' m better than him or I'm smarter". A confident individual only competes against circumstances . Do not compete against others because this will reduce your self confidence. You and others are working under different circumstances and that's why you should avoid personal comparisons. Think about your own problems carefully and find a way to overcome them.

2- A confident individual can not be easily dragged into fights and useless arguments. You should always stay in focus of what is going on. look at the faces of people who go on useless arguments and exchange insults. Do you really want to be like them? Be careful, don't make a joke out of yourself.

3- Do not talk about things you do not know. Confident does not mean that you are Wikipedia. I know some people do that to impress girls or catch their professor's attention. Unfortunately, most of the time they end up getting caught. I remember my friend went on a date with an Irish girl. The date was going fine until my friend told the waess that he could speak Spanish to impress his girl . My pompous friend did not know that the waess lived in Mexico until she was twenty years old. I guess you know the rest of the story! My friend's face turned to a beautiful red color and the girl never talked to him again.

4- A confident individual always selects words carefully . You should always think before you say anything. Most people end up regretting what they said because it sounded stupid or hurt someone's feelings. Thinking before talking will keep you out of trouble and simultaneously enhance your self-confidence.

5- A confident individual does not mean that you are perfect. If you think you are perfect , I strongly recommend consulting a psychiatrist. We all make mistakes. This just how humans are and you have to accept this reality. However, Try to take advantage of your mistakes. work on learning from them , and always focus on acquiring new positive habits.

6- Confidence fluctuates. This is a reality too. There are times when you feel worthless and useless. Do not let this idea gets to your brain because this kind of thinking will gradually destroy you. Think logically, and see the positive side of making mistakes. So what if you made another mistake? At least you learned a new lesson. However, Don't make the same mistake again.

7- Confident does not mean looking down on people. This is a very common disease! You should always respect people's mentalities, beliefs, opinions and ideas. Do not think that your opinion is always right because only dictators and narrow-minded people do that. Open your heart to people and listen to their opinions. Asking for an opinion or an advice on something will minimize the probability of making mistakes.

8- Finally, Enjoy walking like a king and stay confident

Hebron glass

Hebron is well-known for its beautiful glass vases. However, few people know that the industry now uses recycled glass.

Glass- blowing was invented in this region several thousand years ago. There has been a glass industry in Hebron for over 600 years. In the past the glass was made from sand and soda ash. Nowadays, most of it is made from old bottle and broken glass. Workers collect used glass and smash it into small pieces before they put it into very hot ovens. It is heated until it becomes liquid.
Liquid glass is blown through pipes. The workers make it into the shape they want. Hebron is famous for dark blue jugs and vases, but the factories also make dark yellow, red and green glass.

The modern way to make glass in Hebron helps the environment in three ways:
1- Waste glass is collected and recycles. It doesn't pollute the environment.
2- New resources aren't needed to make the glass.
3- Broken glass becomes liquid at a lower temperature than sand. As a result, less fuel is
needed to heat the ovens.

The Causes and Risk Factors for Liver Cancer

The Causes and Risk Factors for Liver Cancer
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) disease is the main causes of liver cancer. Liver cancer relates to the regularity of chronic hepatitis B virus disease. Studies in animals also have provided that hepatitis B virus can cause liver cancer. For example, liver cancer develops in other mammals that are obviously infected with hepatitis B virus-related viruses. As a final point, by infecting transgenic mice with certain parts of the hepatitis B virus, scientists caused liver cancer to develop in mice that do not usually develop liver cancer.

It is not easy to find out what causes cancer from one person to another, but researchers have found several factors that add to a person's likelihood of developing liver cancer. Some risk factors for liver cancer include:

Viral hepatitis – Researchers have linked the disease of hepatitis-B virus (HBV) and hepatitis-C virus (HCV) with the progress of liver tumor. It is estimated that 10-20 percent of people with HBV will increase liver malignancy, and HBV is present in about one fourth of cases of liver cancer in the United States.
Exposure to aflatoxin – This is a carcinogenic body that can be found in molds that may infect peanuts, corn, grains and seeds. In tropical and subtropical regions, measures have been taken to change and get better storage in order to decrease exposure to aflatoxins.
Cirrhosis – The Countrywide Cancer Institute estimates that 5-10 percent of people with cirrhosis will develop liver tumor. Cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis B and C, alcohol abuse and certain genetic disorders puts people at higher risk for developing liver malignancy.
Exposure to vinyl chloride and thorium dioxide – Revelation to these chemicals is more to be expected to cause angiosarcoma of the liver, a different type of tumor than HCC. They add to the risk of developing HCC to a far lesser degree.
Birth control pills – Types of by word of mouth contraceptives used in the past was linked to some varieties of liver cancer, but infrequently to HCC. Most of these types of oral contraceptives are no longer available, and it is unknown if those now in use increase risk for HCC.
Anabolic steroids – Long-term steroid use can a little increase the risk for liver tumor.
Arsenic – In some parts of the world, drinking water contaminated with arsenic causes increased risk for developing liver malignancy.

Treatment of liver cancer
The treatment of liver malignancy is overall condition of the patient. First action if liver tumor is Chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a powerful drug to kill cancer cells. Chemotherapy is a not effective not some cases of liver malignancy but type of chemotherapy is known as chemoembolization is an central part of treatment for HCC. Apologiz

I'm holding on your rope,
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I'm hearing what you say but I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down, but wait
You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around, and say...

That it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late

I'd take another chance, take a fall
Take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
But it's nothing new - yeah yeah

I loved you with a fire red
Now it's turning blue, and you say...
'Sorry' like the angel heaven let me think was you
But I'm afraid...

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late whoa...

(Bridge:)

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah
I'm holding on your rope, got me ten feet off the ground
